I cannot edit the self-employment income and expenses. I've cleared cookies and cache and tried other browsers. It just sends me on a loop.

To clarify, are you saying you cannot get back to the Business Income and Expenses section?

Where do you hit a snag?

I sent my self employment info over from TT self employed. It shows up under the income and expenses page. When I hit the add/edit for the self employed income and expenses, it takes me to the screen that says:

"Your 2024 self-employed work summary

You can edit or delete a line of work you've already entered, or add a new one."

But when I hit the edit icon, it just takes me back to the your income and expenses screen.

This had been an issue but has since been resolved.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window

This issue has not been resolved. As I stated in my subject line, I've already cleared cache and cookies and tried multiple browsers. I have gone in through incognito as well. None of this has resolved the issue. As it is, incognito is the only way I can even log into my QuickBooks self employed.  That isn't solving my problem in Turbo Tax.  It's still stuck in a loop.
