I cannot complete my taxes. When I click to review my order, it comes up with a screen saying”Oops! It looks like we hit a snag.” It is not my internet. Any help?

The screen claims it is a connection issue, but my internet is fine.  I can do anything else on the site except finish my taxes.

Please try clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies; you may even try using a different browser altogether. If the issue persists, let us know and we will provide further assistance
