I can't upload the Citibank W-2 because the form doesn't include the tax year 2022 on it.

Were you employed by Citibank?   Why do you have a W-2 from Citibank?  Or is it something else---like some sort of 1099?   Like a 1099R?  1099DIV?   1099INT?   1099B?    Look closer----it most likely has the year someplace near the top.

Did you work at Citibank? 

Did you call your payroll department? 

Did they give you a paper W-2 which you can type in?
