I can't send my return electronically. And there is no way on my home page to cancel the return and start over. What do I do?

If you want to Clear and Start over:

1. Log into TurboTax
2. In the left sidebar, toward the bottom
3. Select Switch Products
4. From the Drop Down
5. Choose Clear and Start Over
