I can't seem to be able to file my taxes online. I fill out what needed to be filled out. when I click on file by mail it goes back to here are your filing choices . etc

You cannot e-file a state unless the Federal is e-filed and accepted first.   If you have to mall Federal then state must also be mailed.

Tax Act who I used previously I was always able to e-file my state even though I had to mail the Fed. But how do I print the completed returns . The website won't let me do that either. It is taking me in circles.

There is a lot of that in this years Turbo Tax .  Not there best product.
