There are some possible solutions you can try to help you get past that page:
- Make sure you have scrolled down to the very bottom where it says continue
- Try a different web browser - Chrome may work better than Internet Explorer
- Clear your history, cache, and cookies
- If your browser has private browsing mode, try using a private window to access the Turbo Tax site
