I can't login to fidelity.com to import 1099. I get error "Please enter a valid fidelity.com username". I am using a valid username.

How many characters in your username for Fidelity  (DON't show them in this public space...but count them).

Right now, the TTX space seems to require at least 9 characters...even if fewer are allowed by Fidelity.  

It was reported on another thread that your social security number may be the correct "log in". 
Before you try it, do you mind posting a screenshot here so I can submit it as a possible typo?
