I can't login into my account as I'm unable to verify it. Going through the long way to do it , the system doesn't recognize it and I no longer have access to the number.

If you have been locked out of your TurboTax Account, try these steps to recover your User ID or password:

1. Go to our account recovery page.
2. Enter one of the following:
   • Phone number (recommended)
   • Email address
   • User ID
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once you’re done, we’ll either send you a code to help you recover your account, or show/send you a list of accounts associated with your info.

• If you’re still unable to recover your account, select Try something else on the Account Recovery page. We’ll ask additional questions to verify your identity.

If none of the user ID's received will access your online account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "

the suggestions lead me to a manual entry page to start my taxes, not to login.

I am also unable to upload 2019 taxes .pdf - error message, can't upload.
