I can't import from Robinhood for tax 2024. I entered correct acct # and document id, a dialog box shows briefly and returns. I can import from other banks/brokerages.

I entered the correct acct# and document id from Robinhood Consolidated Tax Statement for 2024 (available 1 month ago), a dialog box "Establishing secure connection" shows briefly and then returns but didn't import anything. I was able to successfully import from other financial institutes. Note for my Robinhood transactions: 1, I don't have 1256 contracts included in my Consolidated 1099, 2, I don't have more than 4000 transactions 3, no crypto transactions Please help.

Have you turned off or disabled your anti-virus?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
