I can't get the Federal File by Mail function to work. I just goes in a loop? How do I get in contact with tech support???? WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET HELP !!!!!!!!?????

I figured it out:) Couldn't file a CA State electronic return if I was mailing in the Fed return. Once I put the both to File by Mail things straightened out
