I can't get 2016 Premier to load in my computer. I've used TurboTax for the last 10 yrs and have never had a problem loading the CD before. I'm running Windows 8.1

I am sorry to hear that.  Please follow these steps to contact customer support by phone and they can either replace the CD or give you access to download it.

  1. To get a telephone number, go to https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/#/
  2. In the "Ask Your Question . . . " box, ask your question (such as "My CD is scratched, how can I get my product?")
  • Add your contact info in the boxes below the question
  • Select continue
  • Under "Ways to Contact Us" near the bottom of the screen, select "Call Us"
  • On the next screen, select "Get Phone Number" at the bottom of the screen.
  • The next screen will give you a telephone number to call and an incident number.

(Note:  Telephone numbers are only given when TurboTax support is open)
