I Can't find the Package ID or Document ID on my 1099-R Form from Ameriprise. There's an OMB No., an Account No., a Plan ID No., and the Payer's TIN... What do I do?

I suspect you are trying to import the 1099-R.

The Package ID and Document ID may not be on the 1099-R,  unless it's a customized 1099-R instead of the standard IRS version.  Is there any other paperwork in your "2018 Tax Package" from Ameriprise?

That import screen in TurboTax also shows a phone number for  Ameriprise customer support.  In Online TurboTax it's in tiny gray (barely legible) print at the bottom.   You may have to scroll down to see it.

They may be able to provide you what you need to import or tell you where to find it in your materials.  Or you can back out of importing and enter the 1099-R manually into the program.   From the time you've spent already trying to import and still needing to pursue this, that would probably have been faster anyway.
