I can’t find the Employer ID EIN in my 1099

I have a 1099-MISC here, and one of the fields says Payer's TIN. That is the field you need to use.

Yes, the Federal Identification number is located under the Payer's name and address on the left side of the Form 1099.  On the 1099 it may be listed as the TIN number.
