I can’t e-file my return and I don’t know why?

Is it rejecting?  Word-for-word  what is the rejection message or rejection code?

Can't e file. Error message says cannot e file with attachments PDF as "other"

What are you trying to attach?  You cannot attach pdf's to an e-filed tax return.  If the IRS wants more information from you they will request it.  Remove the attachment and try again.

It is not giving me option to efile only mail
