If this information is on the Fed worksheet then this is what you can do.
Go to My info, edit mailing address (looks like a pencil). In the dropdown menu button there are four categories US address, Foreign address, APO and US possession, click on each one delete all the information, address and telephone number. Then select US address again, put in your correct address and phone number again. Click Continue. Should fix the address error.
