I can't connect to HSA Bank

I keep getting the message: We can't update your HSA Bank data right now. Let's try again later.

My account has not been able to update since April 2023.  I keep getting the screen everyone else seems to be getting.

Same here. Been getting that message for months.  Have found if you  edit the account logins, it will update for a day or 2 and then go back to not updating.

 

You would think by now they would have figured this problem out.

You may need to delete the account in the MINT app and reenter it to update the userID & password. https://mint.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/financial-institution/update-sign-information-financial-institution/L8fRO1R2A_US_en_US
