I can't advance past the, review your order screen. Nothing loads.

There are a couple of things that you can try to get past the review section in TurboTax:

  • Try closing TurboTax,
  • Compete a  disk cleanup,
  • Restart your computer.  

If this doesn't work try this:

  • If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.
  • If it's still not working, try again using a different web browser. (For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Explorer or Safari instead.)
  • If those suggestions didn't help, try going back to your first browser and delete cookies.

We logged in with alternative browser and that helped. However, we encountered another issue upon setting up direct deposit. The slot that says routing number will only accept our account number. And the slot for account number will only accept the routing number. If we enter correctly it gives error messages. Any advice? Thanks!

I understand that switching browsers resolved your first issue. Can you please try to clear cache and cookies for this issue. If that does not work,  please click here to get in contact with customer care.

I tried the troubleshooting steps - I tried different browsers and tried clearing the cookies/cache, but I’m still getting an error message. Please fix the error message since it’s preventing me from filing.
