I can't access form 5329; it redirects me to the home screen. There's a bug in the software. Can Turbotax fix it?

The 5329 form is automatic if you need it.   It is not a form that can be filled out by itself.

Thanks. Turbotax hasn't asked me for any info, but it seems to have pre-populated a Form 5329 using my 2018/2019 returns, saying I owe a $330 penalty. This was actually in error -- I mistakenly checked that I did a IRA recharacterization when I did a proper Roth conversion. I've since corrected it by amending with the IRS too. But Turbotax lists me as having a continuing penalty in my 2019 and 2020 returns.  

How do I manually delete the form 5329 from Turbotax? Or manually edit it so the correct information is there? Any way to solve?
