Did you use the Desktop installed program (Windows or Mac) OR download it from the Online version?
Did you search your whole computer for all files ending in .tax2024 or .tax etc? And check the recycle bin and your backups. Check in the Admin User Account, One Drive, Drop Box, etc. On Window it should be in your Documents then in the Turbo Tax folder. Also if you have multiple Windows user accounts, log into each one and do the search for the *.tax2024 data file from within each one and checking the Recycle Bin in each one.

If you don't have the main .tax file you might have one that starts with a Tilde sign ~ like "~your name.tax2024". That file is if your computer crashes or your real file gets lost or deleted or corrupt so you can restore it.
If you used the Desktop program you should be able to open the program and it should find your return so you can open it.
The tag below your question says you are using TurboTax Online. If that is correct, TurboTax Online does not save the .tax2024 file on your computer. The only way it could be on your computer is if you downloaded it yourself. If you downloaded it, you could have saved it anywhere on your computer, so search the entire computer. Note that Windows Search does not search the Recycle Bin, so you have to look there separately. If you used TurboTax Online and you did not download the .tax2024 file yourself, then it is not on your computer. You can access your tax return in TurboTax Online.
