I can not file my taxes due to health coverage exemption number not allowing me.

No matter what option I choose to enter, i am still stuck in the continuous loop of attempting to fix my e file, verifying my info & repeats.

There is no health coverage exemption number for a federal tax return. You must be talking about a state tax return. What state is it? Every state is different.
