I bought TurboTax Deluxe Software from Walmart in Oceanside, CA, but my computer is not reading the disc.

Return it. Odds are it's a computer issue if the disc isn't damaged. I did mine right thru my phone, filed and accepted. I recommend going that route if possible. Good luck
