It depends on what you mean by a 2024 disc. There is no disc for 2024 TurboTax unless after purchasing the software, you paid the extra $10 for a disc copy to be sent by mail. For 2024, TurboTax switched to software download only, except for an optional $10 order for a disc copy after people complained. Or do you mean 2023?
In any case, whatever the year in question have you tried to download the program software from your Intuit Account?
