I BOUGHT THE CD PROGRAM SO I DO I HAVE TO PAY 44.99. THIS IS HOW MUCH I BOUGHT THE PROGRAM FOR FROM TARGET

Deluxe  $40 (+Tax) is the current Target price WITHOUT one state download

Deluxe $50 (+Tax)   is the current Target price WITH one free state download

Of course, in-store sales may be different......but maybe you bought the one without one free state.

...or...you are using a second state.
