I bought my own software and it is stating that all 5 efiles have been used and I just now opened my software?

Did you e-file any returns (even test returns)?

 

Did you purchase the software from Intuit or an authorized reseller?

Only the 2021 TurboTax software can be used to e-file a 2021 tax return. 

The TurboTax software for prior tax years can only print and mail the prior year tax returns, they cannot be e-filed.
