I bought health insurance from Unified caring association but I saw in insurance documents that this is not ACA compliant insurance.Should I cancel this insurance?

Since there is no longer an individual mandate penalty for not having health insurance there is no need for you to cancel your current insurance if not ACA compliant.

I live in Connecticut and my insurance will start from Jan 1 2020. I hope what you said will work in my state also?

The penalty for not having health insurance was removed from the federal tax code after tax year 2018.  Some states may have retained their own penalty.  Check with your state if this is the case.
