I bought and installed TurboTax 2019. Will you please help me access it and put an icon on my computer?

What are you using, the Online version or CD/Download software?

 

It is showing your are in the Online version, with Online the software is not installed on your computer. The CD/Download version is the version you install on your computer.

I bought a TurboTax  Home and Business version in the store.  I have the program installed, and my profile done, but cannot get the program make me an Icon.

 @dcariveau16  Maybe the following will help give you an icon:

 

  1. In Windows Explorer - go to Program Files (v86)
  2. Scroll to TurboTax folder & expanded it
  3. Expand Deluxe 2019
  4. Click on 32bit (or 64bit)
  5. on the right side, scroll down to TurboTax.exe
  6. Right click on TurboTax.exe
  7. Choose Send to
  8. Then choose Desktop (create shortcut)
