I bought and downloaded the 2022 TurboTax Deluxe. It's telling me there will be a $119 charge for doing my taxes!

You are accessing the TurboTax online editions which you did not pay for.  Close the online account and install the software you purchased on your personal computer.  Enter the license code when asked during the installation of the software.
