I bought a turbotax cd but do not have a cd reader on my laptop

I called the helpline but I'm still waiting over 4 hours

Follow the below steps to get help installing the TurboTax software. If you call the number on the box, you will go through an automated system, and possibly can when contacting TurboTax directly as well:
