I began to get SS at age 65 and my son who was15 also got a SS check too. How do I handle his SS Payments for 2019. Do they go on my tax return or his own return?

You do NOT enter a dependent child's Social Security benefits on your tax return.  If the child has no other income they do not file a tax return for the benefits received.
