Not instantaneously. Like any other electronic filing, TurboTax transmits the information to the IRS on your behalf. The IRS will debit your account as quickly as they can process the information, which, realistically, might be a couple business days. But I would not advise you to risk not having enough in your bank account to cover the expected debit at any time.
