I applied an overpayment in 2021 to my 2022 taxes. I didnt use TurboTax in 2021. In the online version, where do I enter that in Turbotax for 2022?

In the Deductions and Credits button under the Federal tax tab. 

Drop down to Estimates and other taxes paid.

Click on the Other Income Taxes.
