I answered the recovery page questions and still could not access my account

It keeps telling me to reset my password but then brings me back to my recent account

If you have two accounts with the same email, it will take you back into the account that you were most recently logged into. Here's a link to help you recover your account https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/

If that still doesn't help here's a link that allows you to receive a call from a Customer Service Representative in reference to you not being able to access your account from the 2015 tax filing year https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
