I am using TurboTax self employed and it is asking for an Amway EIN number, but I did not receive a 1099 from them. How do get get their EIN number?

Stop trying to enter the income on the 1099-misc screen if you didn't get one ... instead use the next section to enter your income not reported on a 1099 ...
