I am using turbotax business 2019 and have moved. Turbotax created at form 8822-B but it has a watermark that says "Do not file, Form not final". What do I need to do?

Form 8822-B is not required to be filed with your tax return "... if you usually file tax returns and you're planning to file your next one soon, you can simply enter your new mailing address directly on the tax return form instead... "  Ref TurboTax.

You have two options:

1. Wait for Form 8822-B to be released and then file your return.
2. Remove Form 8822-B from your return and then file.

There is a third alternative:

Print the current form from the IRS website. Fill it.

Mail it certified to the address on the form. (It has to go separately anyway.)

Place your new address as the address of your business in 1120S 

Delete form 8822B from your 1120S.

e-file.

I cannot move forward on both e-file and by mail 

still pending for 8822B

1. Wait for Form 8822-B to be released and then e-file your return.
2. Remove Form 8822-B from your return and then e-file.

To delete  Form 8822-B follow these steps:

• With TurboTax open select Tax Tools in the left panel.
• Select tools
• Select delete forms
• Select delete on the line for Form 8822-B
• Select  Delete Selected Form
