I am using turbotax 2018 Premier. I want to start over. ow do I do it?

You can delete the Form 1040. Using the CD/Download switch to Forms Mode, by clicking on the Form Icon to the top of the page. Then to the left you will see Forms in My Return. Click on the 1040 or other forms you want to delete. Scroll to bottom, then click Delete From.
