I am using Desktop version in Japan and found some systems errors. How can I contact technical support to rectify the situation over online chat?

When I enter “Foreign Tax Credit Summary> ”of Desktop version and
Chose” the Income Type: Income re-sourced by treaty>>>” and Edited”
Copy2 Inc re-sourced by treaty Edit>” and appeared “Any foreign source qualified dividends or long term capital gains?” suddenly , but it should be” Any foreign source Inc. re-sourced by treaty?”.
How can I rectify this systems error to show only “Foreign source Inc. re-sourced by treaty”here?
