Why sign in to the Community?

I am using a valid Turbotax code, but it won't let me sign in.. Is it because I'm not in Canada? (I JUST moved to Australia)

My intention is to use the Turbotax code we are sharing between our family, but when I try login to activate the account on my computer it does not allow me. I did not have time to do my taxes for the 2020 year before leaving Canada to move down under a week ago, and I'm wondering as to whether the change in location may be the cause for my difficulty logging in.
