I am unable to open my turbo tax after doing latest update. I keep getting a win32 debug message that prevents my turbo tax from opening.

I'm also getting a win32 debug message.  I'm not using Webroot so the previous suggestion does not apply.

What if you try a different browser?

The problem started when TurboTax updated. I use Chrome, tried Firefox...no help. Finally decided to reboot computer, problem solved!

Same problem, this just sucks and TurboTax offers no help whatsoever. When I try to access TurboTax assistance the virtual person wants to send me a link to reset my password, WTF? Hey TurboTax if you are not going to support and fix your product than quit selling it. Looks like I will have to reload the program, important 2019 return again and re-enter all 2020 information. My return was complete, all I needed to do was review return and file. I am so pissed off right now, absolutely ridiculous . . . 🖕
