I am unable to get Task Rabbits Fed ID number. what should i do?

I worked for Task rabbit for a few months in 2016. they didn't send me a 1099 Misc and they won't respond to my request for their ID. what can i put in the FEIN box if i don't have the #?

If you did not receive a 1099-MISC you cannot just make one up- the 1099-MISC is filed with the IRS and sent to you so if the company did not file with the IRS, the IRS will have no records of it.  Enter the income under General Income as if it were cash receipts.
