We've built a solution that allows you to import transactions from Coinbase to TurboTax, with plenty of help and resources along the way.

CSV files will include the cost basis of your Coinbase transactions (if available) so TurboTax Premier can easily help you file your cryptocurrency transactions.

Coinbase ended up completely removing this CSV report which contains the gains/losses calculated. I ended up going with a 3rd party tool and it worked seamlessly - https://cryptotrader.tax/blog/how-to-file-your-cryptocurrency-taxes-with-turbotax

I finally figured out the correct CSV format from Robinhood ... which was providing txt files instead of csv files (no surprise there, right?)

Try using these headers and column formats.  Hopefully it will work for anyone struggling with this.
