I am trying to update my HSA expenditures to $320 and the program will not allow me to unless I agree to pay Turbo Tax $60. Please help.

The forms that are associated with an HSA are only available in the Deluxe version of TurboTax. Here is a table that shows the forms available in the different versions of TurboTax.
