I have tried on both the app and the desktop site. Neither works. I am using Chrome and, if it matters, I am overseas. There is a drop down for country, but when I click on it there are no options.. not even the US. Please help!
When you have a foreign credit card or a foreign address, it’s not possible to pay with that card. We are working towards supporting foreign addresses, but for now you will need to use a different payment method.

Thanks for responding. I am using a US credit card with a US address thanks to a helpful friend, but that's not the issue. I am able to input the cc information, but just below that there is a section for billing address with a drag down menu to choose country. When I click on it there is nothing there. No country options to choose from.. not even the US, but it keeps insisting it is a required field to fill out and so I am stuck and cannot submit payment
Can you please confirm what version you are using of TurboTax Online (Free Edition, Premium, etc.)?

Why am I unable to enter a US billing address when trying to pay?
To be clear, this is the field I cannot fill out. There are no countries to choose from. I am trying to put in a US credit card and enter the US as the billing address and am not able to do so.
