I am trying to send my mississippi state tax form by mail. What is the address I need to send it to?

It wouldn't allow me to e-file. It also did not have the instructions on how to send by mail on the printout either.

You can tell TurboTax you want to file by mail for your state in order to get the mailing instructions, or find the mailing address in the MS instructions on their website.
