I am trying to see why my state tax bill didn’t come out of my account yet. I can’t tell from my tax docs if it is going to be withdrawn. I don’t want a late fee.

The timing for when your taxes are taken from your account can vary.  As long as you filed and have acceptance notices from both the IRS and state tax board, you shouldn't incur any late fees or penalties.
