I am trying to log into my account, but receive the message "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again." How do I fix this?

I have tried 2 updated browsers on my desktop, tried on my mobile and emptied the caches on my computer.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
