I am trying to follow your site to get last years info that i need to file this yr and it wont let me in i have been trying all day

If you are just looking for your AGI you will just need to go to your Tax Timeline under My TurboTax and click on the year and it will display your AGI. If you are wanting the full records you will need to upgrade to Plus and after you pay the records will be located in the same place.
