I am trying to fix my Hawaii return but it wont let me continue.

It asks for renters Wks, rent paid, i have tried everything and it still won't let me continue. And the N-11/N-15 wont let me change anything,

You most likely entered partial information for an address rented. If any information is entered such as an address, all information for a rented home is required. To clear the error message you are seeing, go through the Hawaii interview until you get to the "Rental Unit Summary" screen and select the "Delete" button to remove the address.

The problem is you cant get back to the page and just remove the option entirely. paid for you to efile and since i am unable to get back to the option to remove this all together youre forcing me to now print and mail. on this "fix" page why isnt there an option to just say no and be done with this problem. Was this a design flaw or intentional as you are unable to go back to the ---> Hawaii  "Rental Unit Summary" screen and deselect the option.

Also not cool you display our whole name and and dont give us a chance to abr. a user name.

You need to leave the review and go back to the state return. You should be able to review the HI information and change input. You should be able to enter the state and move forward and back through the entries. You can edit the business summary, edit rental ID information, etc. Select the back button if you are not able to start at the beginning.

 

For example, if you see this screen, you have passed the section you need and should go back.
