I am trying to finish filing my taxes my federal is done, it went on to my state, says needs fixed. Its asking me to enter the date of my winnings i didnt win anything

The computer will not accept my rerquest to have the chasrge for MASS Efile charge of $25, to deduct the fee from  my refund,because my Fed Refund is $34. which is more than the $25 I owe.but the computer says this not possible

Your federal refund would need to be enough to cover your TurboTax fees plus the fees your paying.
