I am trying to fill out my taxes for the first time as married, filing jointly. It is asking for my husband's 1040 for his 2018 taxes. He only has a 140-EZ.

The 140-EZ is the State of Arizona income tax form.  Check with him for the Form 1040, which is the Federal Income Tax return.
