A Form 1099-S is not entered on a federal tax return. The data from the 1099-S is entered in the section for the property sale.
What was sold that generated the Form 1099-S? Primary home, second/vacation home, rental property, commercial property, land, etc.?

A Form 1099-S is not entered on a tax return. Only the data from the 1099-S for the sale of a property is used when entering the sale.

But "where" is that info actually entered? (If it was for your principal/main residence)
In the Federal taxes section (Personal taxes if you are using the Online SE or Desktop H&B versions)
...On the Wages&Income page :
...........waaaay down at the bottom of all the menu items is a sub-section called "Less Common Income"
........................one of the items in that section is "Sale of Home (gain or loss)"...start in there to put in the data.
